Thomas Mountain Ranch, a real estate development located outside of San Diego, offers secluded and pristine high desert homes. This experience was embodied in a modern logo symbol that evokes the iconic cattle brand and the American dream of life on the ranch. Developing the brand was a challenge because the homes had not yet been built. An on-site photo shoot provided the necessary inspiration. The natural beauty of the high desert was breathtaking and served as the foundation for the story and the marketing communications.
