Terra Capital Partners, a capital management firm that makes loans secured by commercial real estate, was reaching a more mature stage in their business. Building on their original graphical symbol, a new, modern identity was created that communicates strength and clarity of purpose. A full complement of new communications were developed to support the firm, including website and fund marketing. And to create a corporate personality and emotional texture, a photo shoot of senior management in black and white added necessary attitude.
